How did you meet this horse?
I know Spyrnir already longer, because he was in training with Martin Rønnestad, who is one of our trainers. Martin always talked very enthusiastically about Spyrnir and his development. Especially about how much pleasure it is to work with him and how lovely it was to ride him this year at the Englastadir Indoor Competition in T4 with marks over 7! And now Spyrnir is at our place to find a perfect new home.

Can you describe the character of this horse?
One of the easiest horses I have ever met: 100 percent trustworthy, fearless and always positive. Simply a horse that is a pleasure to work with every day! And the best thing is, he is easy with everybody – also with riders that are not that experienced and especially with children.

How long have you had Spyrnir?
He never belonged to me. We are a sales stable. And it is very good, that Spyrnir does not belong to me, because otherwise I think I could not say goodbye to him… And if our son was already older, we would certainly keep Spyrnir as an ideal competition horse for him.

What is the most memorable moment together?
The photoshooting for the sales photos. I think you can see how much fun I had!

How is Spyrnir as a riding horse?
As I said before, Spyrnir is incredibly simple and safe to ride. He has these fantastic gaits with his big and wide movements and the fun factor!

What is the highest score of the horse?
Englastadir Indoor Competition 2020: T4: 7.10

What makes this horse so special?
The overall package: on the one hand the high quality of the gait, on the other hand this character with the unbeatable “user-friendliness” and in any case also the look.

What is Spyrnir best at?
At making his rider simply very happy!

Why is it time for you to part?
As I said before, we are a sales stable, so it is our job to sell horses ;-).

Can you sketch the perfect owner for Spyrnir?
Well, there are many different possible owners for Spyrnir: someone who is looking for an easy-going, super trusty sport horse with high quality, that is also a great leisure horse. In any case a child or teenager! Or someone who is a late starter, or who is insecure and nevertheless wants to have a high quality horse. With Spyrnir you can tölt through the woods with loose reins during the week, take your children for a ride and shine at the competition at the weekend!
